‘What makes you feel at home?’ For me, home hasn’t always felt happy or safe. So I have had to build a home for myself in my heart. In this piece I wanted to convey that home doesn’t necessarily have to be a place but can be a feeling of connection, love and emotional sanctuary. The three hearts outside my own represent parts of my life that fill my own heart with love and light.
